What personal data do we process?
We process the identification and contact data of the representatives of our clients in order to manage the contractual relationship we hold with the legal entities they represent. Where the client is a natural person, we process their identification, contact and financial data solely for the purpose of managing the contractual relationship we hold with them.

- Preparation and follow-up of the quote through communications between the parties.

What personal data do we process?
We process the data you share with us as part of the selection process or in a spontaneous application. Typically we process your identification data, contact data and information regarding your professional and/or academic background.
For what purposes do we process your personal data?
- Organising selection processes for the recruitment of employees.
- Inviting you to job interviews and assessing your application.
What is the legal basis for processing your data?
The legal basis is the need to process the data for the performance of an employment contract, with the selection process being a pre-contractual measure.
How long will we keep your personal data?
Until the end of the selection process and, in any case, for a maximum period of 1 year.

What data do we process?
If you identify yourself, we may process the following data: first name, last name, email, phone number, voice, and the personal data of any third parties you provide in the report.

- Managing the reports.
- Adopting the relevant corrective measures.

What is the legal basis for processing your data?
The legal basis is a legal obligation or, failing that, the public interest.
How long will we keep your personal data?
Data will be retained for the period strictly necessary to clarify the facts reported. In any case, after six (6) months the data provided will be anonymised, unless they are being investigated in a different legal context.

Do we process personal data of third parties?
No. As a general rule we only process data provided by the data subjects themselves. If you supply data relating to third parties, you must first inform them and obtain their consent; otherwise, you release us from any liability for the breach of this requirement.
What about data of minors?
We do not process data of persons under 18. Please refrain from providing data if you are under that age or, where applicable, from supplying third-party data of persons under that age. CALIMACO TECHNOLOGIES, S.L disclaims any liability for non-compliance with this requirement.
What security measures do we apply?
You can rest assured: we have adopted an optimal level of protection for the personal data we handle and have implemented every technical means and measure available to us, in line with the state of the art, to prevent loss, misuse, alteration, unauthorised access or theft.
To whom will your data be disclosed?
Your data will not be disclosed to third parties unless required by law. Notwithstanding the above, your data may be disclosed to the Spanish Tax Agency (AEAT) and to banks and financial institutions for the collection of the service rendered or the product purchased, as well as to the data processors needed for the performance of the agreement, with whom we will enter into the corresponding data processing agreement under the terms of art. 28 GDPR.

- If there is reasonable doubt about your identity, we will be required to ask you to identify yourself in order to address your request.
How long will we take to respond to a rights request?
One month from receipt, which may be extended by two additional months where the request requires it due to its complexity — we will notify you accordingly within the legal deadlines.
