We will process the identifying and contact data of the representatives of our clients in order to manage the contractual relationship we have with the legal entities they represent. We will process the data you share with us in the context of the selection process or spontaneous application. Generally, we will process your identifying data, contact data, and data related to your professional and/or academic experience.

  • Organization of selection processes for hiring employees.

  • Scheduling job interviews and evaluating your application.

What is the legal basis for processing your data?

The legal basis for the processing is the necessity for its execution for a labor contract, where the selection process is a pre-contractual measure.

How long will we keep your personal data?

Until the end of the selection process and, in any case, for a maximum period of 1 year.

What data will we process?

If identified, we may process the following data: name, surname, email, phone, voice, and the personal data of third parties that you provide in the communication.

For what purposes will we process your personal data?

• Managing the communications.

• Taking appropriate corrective measures.

• If necessary, informing you about the outcome of the procedure.

The legal basis is the legal obligation or, failing that, the public interest.

How long will we keep your personal data?

The data will be kept for the strictly necessary period to clarify the notified facts. In any case, after six (6) months, the data provided will be anonymized unless investigated in a different legal environment.

Do we include personal data of third parties?

No, generally we only process the data provided by the holders. If you provide third-party data, you must first inform and request their consent, otherwise exempting us from any responsibility for the breach of this requirement.

And data of minors?

We do not process data of minors under 14 years of age. Therefore, please abstain from providing them if you do not have that age or if applicable, from giving data of third parties who do not have the cited age. CALIMACO TECHNOLOGIES, S.L. is exempt from any responsibility for the breach of this provision.

What security measures do we apply?

You can be assured, we have adopted an optimal level of protection of the personal data we handle and have implemented all means and technical measures at our disposal according to the state of technology to prevent loss, misuse, alteration, unauthorized access, and theft.

To whom will your data be communicated?

Your data will not be transferred to third parties, except by legal obligation. Notwithstanding the above, your data may be communicated to the State Tax Administration Agency and banks and financial entities for the collection of the service rendered or product acquired, as well as to the necessary processors for the execution of the agreement, with whom we will sign the corresponding processing agreement under the terms of art. 28 of the GDPR.

How to exercise your rights? 

• We have forms for the exercise of your rights, you can request them via email or, if you prefer, you can use those prepared by the Spanish Data Protection Agency or third parties.

• The forms can be submitted in person, sent by mail, or by email to the address of the Responsible, available at the beginning of this text.

• In case there is a reasonable doubt about your identity, we will be forced to ask you to identify yourself to attend to your request.

How long do we take to respond to Rights Exercise?

One month from receipt, extendable by two additional months, provided the right's exercise requires it due to its complexity, notifying you timely and appropriately.
