The legal basis for the processing is the necessity for its execution for a labor contract, where the selection process is a pre-contractual measure.

And data of minors?
We do not process data of minors under 14 years of age. Therefore, please abstain from providing them if you do not have that age or if applicable, from giving data of third parties who do not have the cited age. CALIMACO TECHNOLOGIES, S.L. is exempt from any responsibility for the breach of this provision.
What security measures do we apply?
You can be assured, we have adopted an optimal level of protection of the personal data we handle and have implemented all means and technical measures at our disposal according to the state of technology to prevent loss, misuse, alteration, unauthorized access, and theft.
To whom will your data be communicated?

Notwithstanding the above, your data may be communicated to the State Tax Administration Agency and banks and financial entities for the collection of the service rendered or product acquired, as well as to the necessary processors for the execution of the agreement, with whom we will sign the corresponding processing agreement under the terms of art. 28 of the GDPR.
